This is NOT an advanced class. You will learn beginning tips, words that you might hear in yoga, how to use a chair as a prop, how to modify a pose and what that means. This is the class I wish I had years ago before I ever walked into a yoga class.
I am certified in Vinyasa yoga and yoga for pain and arthritis. This is for people who think about going to yoga but haven't made up their mind yet. Maybe you are worried it will be too advanced, this is going to show you the basics of the postures.
